All Ticket Sales Are Final!

Please be advised that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for event tickets under any circumstances. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Why No Refunds?

Event planning requires extensive preparation, including venue bookings, staffing, materials, and entertainment, all of which are arranged in advance based on ticket sales.
Your ticket secures your spot and helps us deliver an amazing experience for all attendees.

What If I Can't Attend?

We understand that plans can change. While tickets are non-refundable:

You may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us in advance with their name and email so we can update our guest list.
In the rare event of cancellation or rescheduling by us, we will notify all attendees and issue appropriate credits or rescheduled access.
